D is for Daisy

This is the page spread I ended up doing in Sharon's book. The daisy is a small fiber piece, and it includes beads in the flower center.

The quote I used reads:

The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of it's scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness. -- Therese of Lisieux.

I'm sorry this was late, and I wished I had gotten a 2nd page spread done, but as we all know, life happens....
